Step 1 - Questionnaire & Consult
After booking your call, you’ll complete a brief intake so we can prepare intentionally for our conversation. On the call, we’ll assess your goals, identify the , and outline your path forward — scheduling a strategic planning session if we decide to move ahead.
Step 2 - Building the Plan
Your second call, ideally held over video, is where we present your initial strategy — outlining your training approach, schedule, communication structure, and nutrition plan (if included). Together, we’ll refine the details, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident and aligned before implementation begins.
Step 3 - Start your Journey!
With your plan in place, execution begins — supported by consistent guidance, structured accountability, and strategic refinement. As progress builds, we continuously evaluate and adjust to ensure your performance evolves with you.

about the founder

Zach Roth - Founder.
Bachelor of Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, Master of Science in Sports Business from Temple University.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI-1), Performance Nutrition certified through the International Sports Sciences Association.
With over 12 years of experience in high-performance coaching, Coach Zach brings an expert yet accessible approach to health and performance. His background spans collegiate athletics, military performance, and private coaching — giving him a deep understanding of how to help people perform at a high level in both training and everyday life.
He spent eight years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach at three NCAA Division I universities, followed by 2.5 years as a Health and Performance Coach with U.S. Air Force Combat Rescue. In addition, he has coached private clients for more than six years, both in person and remotely.
Elevate Health and Performance was created from a simple belief: the level of personalization, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving used with elite performers should be available to everyone. Today, Coach Zach works with busy professionals, parents, athletes, and high performers who want coaching that adapts to their lives while still holding them to a high standard.
His philosophy blends individualized programming with the nuance typically reserved for top-level performers — helping clients build sustainable strength, resilience, and confidence that carries over into every area of life.

I’m stronger than I’ve been in 15 years. I feel proud of myself for the gains I’ve made, and I’m excited about what I’m going to be able to accomplish in the future!
